    Bought a gravity hookah from Smoke Fx In Cleveland Ohio on 2/26/2023 for $377.99. I noticed it was a fake when I went to register for the 10 year warranty stated on the box. The make and model that pulled up was Studenglass infuser but the box I had stated was gravity hookah and didn’t have the serial number or Authenticator number as stated on the Studenglass website. The box stated gravity hookah but the contents of the box was a generic Studenglass infuser. Called the business they saw that the other products in the store didn’t have a serial number as well and the contents were not correct. The sale rep that sold me the hookah then gave me a false customer service number and was not able to resolve and couldn’t not help. So now I have a fake item that can’t be used due to a malfunction with the glass and no warranty that’s stated on the box.
