    On October 22, 2024, a friend hired Miller Recovery Services to drop off a nonworking car at my house. At the time when the tow truck driver arrived at my house, there were two vehicles (one was mine and the other belonged to my visitor. Both vehicles had to be moved from my driveway before the nonworking car could be dropped off. The tow truck driver waited for us to move only one of the two vehicles, then proceeded to enter our driveway and wouldn’t allow us to move the second vehicle. He was asked to wait so we could back out the second vehicle, but he refused. He just kept tapping his watch and repeatedly said “time time time”. He proceeded to drop off the nonworking car then left my house. Now my vehicle is blocked in. I have called the company several times, but the company only answered twice. Both times, I was told that they would call me back, but I have yet to hear from them. I left detailed voicemails including on the tow truck driver’s cell phone, indicating that someone has to come back to move the nonworking car so I can get my vehicle out that the driver blocked in. Attached are pictures of my blocked in vehicle (maroon truck) with the non working car (gray Honda Civic) that is blocking my truck.

    Backward business. My parking permit was in my center console and they still towed my car. Charge me 175 when I came to get it a few hours later. Then only except cash, which leaves me to believe they commit tax fraud.

    I live at apartment ******* apartments
    **** ******* **** ************ **** I went I parked my car in front to run inside to get mail and when I came out my truck was gone without any notice or warning what so ever I was in process of moving so I had everything I own inside my truck i called Warrensville police station and asked if they knew anything about it they let me know that a company called (miller recovery service towing) is the company tht has my truck I keep calling to get in contact with the towing company but no answer

    The young man's car  was parked in the Fire Lane (unattended) which has to be accessible at all times in case of emergency.

Miller Recovery Services is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
