    I am very disappointed in this company as I was referred to this company by my sister. I had several limbs cut. in the process of cleaning up some of the debris I notice my sidewalk crack due to the tree crank lift in which they were very careless and did not have anything g under the crank to support the weight. I called them several times to come out and repair my sidewalk, and I text them also in which they kept making excuses why they could not come out and to Eric wife stating they did not have the money to come out and fix my side because there business was slow and other businesses turn down small jobs they did not try to compensate me or give me some of my money back in which I give them extra . Erica wife stated they did not have the money due to slow business and never call back to help me with this violation I have with the city with other violations I have she wanted me to understand her plight and I have 5 children to take care if she wants to go there instead of putting my money back into my home plus family I have to take my extra money to get the whole sidewalk block done So wtf

    In my dealings with this company they have been extremely professional very prompt in responding, showed up for the job and completed the job on a very timely basis. left not only my yard but my neighbor's yard spic and span. The five man crew was a pleasure to work with they were very efficient worked well as a team and very considerate of my property. I would highly recommend Serrano tree service and I will absolutely be using them again from start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with them and they are true to their word.

    Eric has been my go to tree guy for 20+ years. He is very fair and honest and always answers my questions. His prices are reasonable. In the past he has trimmed my trees and even brought in a crane to trim the huge tree between buildings where a power line runs between. He has always been professional and done an amazing job. His crew has always cleaned up afterwards unless I have requested the wood to be left. I would recommend him for any tree work.

    These guys came over on time and cut down two trees in front of my house. They were very professional and well organized. Since I'm on a main street they made sure that traffic kept moving while cutting down the trees shredding them up and clean up . I've referred them to people I know and will definitely use them again.
