  I reviewed a **** ** ****** with 101k miles.. I drove car and no lights appeared in dashboard union test driving. I asked if anything was wrong with car. I was told by ****** ******* Sales rep consumer report was clean no mechanical issues. I decided to purchase car April 9 2025, Car was advertised as $12,990.00.. April 12 2025, 3 days later check engine light emulated. I took car to my mechanic at Haynes Firestone 13404 Miles Rd Cleveland Ohio 44105, and had advised me it was catalytic converter issue.
  I contacted Carface and **** *he Store Manager, he argued me it wasn't catalytic converter etc, I gave rick my car for 2 weeks and he failed to fix the issue during that time. I recorded conversation picking car up, check engine light was reset and by next day the light emulated once again. I contacted Carfave again **** pushed back on issue until he stated he will fix the issue. He purchased a catalytic converter for $500.00 I've priced online for the actual part which was $1900.00.
  Carface and **** put the part on my car the it appears to be driving little better, however check engine light appeard again I took the car to Haynes Firestone once again he stated the catalytic converter is still a issue. He also advised me that they replaced part with a universal part which is why it was cheaper when he purchased it part compared to the official part from VW, since the universal part check engine light has came back on, I have white smog that appears when turning on car, I noticed it when I sit at lights in fact today omw home I saw emission fog from exhaust and no other cars were in front of me or behind me. The dealer sold me a lemon regardless of the age of car.

  We truly care about our customers and always try to help, even when a vehicle is sold as-is without warranty. This **** ** ****** had no issues at the time of sale. Still, when the customer reported a catalytic converter concern, we replaced the part twice, completely at our cost, as a goodwill gesture.
  The customer also signed an agreement stating they would be satisfied with this repair and would not request further work.
  Even though the car does not qualify for lemon law, we went above and beyond to assist. We wish the customer all the best and stand by the efforts we made to help resolve the issue.

  The salesman was excellent. It’s the manager poor customer service and poor communication. I purchased a vehicle on may 6th cash over 12000$ before I took the vehicle home the had to repair a sensor . So a couple days later I picked up the vehicle 2 hr drive I waited almost a month before driving another 2 hrs to get my title. No consideration that I drove 2 more hrs to get a title that should’ve been sent out I asked for a gas card . For having been to the dealership 3x =6 hrs not a 50.00$ gift card. So go somewhere where your money and time is appreciated

  Hands down, one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I've ever had.   From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional service and professionalism. Marcia and Mario ensured our trade-in was handled efficiently and transparently.
