    Parked my truck with the VIP Valet at the Cleveland Marble Room, the truck was brought back with everything from the center console dumped on the passenger seat and floor and the glove boxes open and dumped as well. Change, gift cards and checkbook were only items taken. Driver brought car and walked away didnt say a thing about everything open and dumped. No forced entry so car was left unlocked. Filed police report and incident report with VIP, they said the Valet told them he locked the car and the person stealing change must have used an electronic lock release. No other car was reported being robbed that night, they insisted they locked it and said talk to their lawyer. Horrible company, why someone like the ****** **** would associate their name with them is unbelievable. Never will use them again.

    They were the valet company for a hotel we stayed at over the weekend and I received my car back smelling like marijuana. No one from the company has returned a call or email regarding this. They also stated that there are no supervisors staffed on the weekends and all complaints need to be filed by email
