    I have bought so many wigs over the last 30 years and have yet to find one that comes close to Wig Dealer. I used to buy weave hair from a vendor in LA that is extremely expensive, and only sells hair in person, by appointment ,but the hair is top Quality. This is the only Wig company I’ve ever run into that is just as good. I did have one that did shed quite a bit but it turned out to be a fluke. Just a suggestion: non permanent fabric adhesive spray works well on lace wigs to stop shedding, just make sure you spray from 12 inches away. I emailed customer service about an order I Submitted an error and they did refund the purchase. The owner actually reaches but every once In a while to check to see how you like your purchases.

    They shipped my hair to the wrong address, the person kept it and the Wigdealer said there was nothing they could do. Leaving me without the hair or a refund! My expectations for this company were too high.

    It’s a scam do not purchase this hair. I ordered 2 wigs. Which are very thin and smell like fish. The hair is shedding and also the hair is stiff… I want my money back

    They sold me pack hair
    This wig was made from beauty supply store pack hair. (I have pictures to prove it) From the time I received this unit I knew that something wasn’t right. The unit advertised on their website was VIRGIN & UNPROCESSED and full. Upon reviewing my unit I noticed there were a few bronze/red colored strands throughout the wig. There was a strong chemical smell to it that I later learned from one of the response emails (Shanice) that a “substance” was added to the hair which is what caused the smell. The unit is visibly 14 inches instead of 16, the hair is also very uneven and split all through. The only good thing about this unit is the HD lace that they used to make it however I do not believe this hair is fully human and unprocessed at all. I reached out via email in the most appropriate manner regarding my concerns & I have not heard of anything since emailing them on the 20th of October. I do not bash business that cater to their customers especially black owned ones; however, I’m shocked and dissatisfied with the service please buy at your own risk.

    Hair tangled so bad. Spending $400 for doll hair smh. I got straight and it’s a ball of mess after turning my head. Doesn’t curl. I’m just gonna dispute on my card send they have a no refund policy

    I would not recommend doing business with this company. I thought it was strange that I hadn’t received my order so I reached out to the Wig Dealer. They emailed me back and said my order had been cancelled. Mind you, I was never informed, if I would have not contacted them first I wouldn’t have known. They came up with a bs reason as to why my order was cancelled. Claiming the order did not pass fraud filters due to my shipping address not being the same as my billing address. I have asked for a refund. They are not cooperating with giving my refund.

    I had to end up paying for a melting lace band that I never received. Wig Dealer customer service did not help me resolve this issue. Even though it was just a lace band, the dishonesty that it had shipped, was UNTRUE! I will never order ANYTHING from this company PERIOD!!!!

    I purchased a wig and all of my products. For spending that amount of money trying to support a wig business and all I received was an hd wig cap. I’ve watched plenty reviews and they edge band razor and scissors and a pouch for the products. I didn’t receive any of that. I guess they only send it to people that model their stuff and lie. Never again will I order from this place.

    I absolutely hate this company!!! I will never ever do business with them. Buyers be ware. They are scammers and they force sales on you. I should have read the reviews first!!! I hate dealing with scam artists!!!!
