I highly recommend The Captain for your roofing needs! I was in between a rock and a hard place when I called them. I had water coming in my attic and had to leave for a work trip the next day. I called Ben and he worked to get Tony out right away. Tony arrived early the next morning and gave me an assessment on what they could do. There is never a good time for needing a new roof but The Captain made it a simple process and affordable through financing! The roof was completed while I was away for work. The crew was professional, respectful, arrived on time, cleaned up after, and did a beautiful job! They even included free gutter guards! As a woman there is always a fear of being taken advantage of by contractors, but everyone I encountered from the Captain made me feel secure and knowledgeable about what was happening the whole time! Tim even fixed a soffit issue for me! Again, 5+ stars for The Captain!The Captain, LLC

We just had them replace all our ancient, beat up gutters on our older home. They were so easy to work with through the whole process. Everyone we dealt with from the service manager to sales person to the installation crew was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Fair pricing and quick install. I had my gutters replaced as they were about 35 years old. The Captain was the most competitive bid and did the work exactly as promised, on time, and to my expectations. They also followed up promptly after the job was complete to be sure I was happy and reminded me that if there were any issues in the future, they would address them right away. Happily, there were no apparent problems, but I'm sure they would fix anything that might come up down the road. I would happily use them again.The Captain, LLC

They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a downspout that was draining directly onto a concrete slab and contributing to a basement leak. The Captain was quickly (and very affordably!) able to diagnose the issue and redirect the flow. I didn't originally know this, but they also installed gutter guards on our house shortly before we purchased the home, and those have been a huge help! 10/10 would recommend.The Captain, LLC
