    My bulb and plant order from K Van Bourgondien arrived well within the time period I was given. The order was complete and some of the healthiest and largest bulbs I have ever bought. Completely satisfied with the merchandise and quality. Thank You!

    I placed an order on September 4 for 5 kinds of tulip bulbs and 1 iris. It is now November 27 and I have received only the iris bulbs. Three of the tulip bulbs were declared out of stock weeks after my order was confirmed - one as recently as two days ago making it very difficult to replace the bulbs - and two of them still haven't arrived despite the fact that we are having frosts at night and they need to be in the ground, How can you confirm orders for bulbs you don't have? I will never use this company again.

    The quality of some of the bulbs I received were horrible! Dried out, moldy and rotten. When I asked for a refund, was told that their guarantee did not include refunds for rotten bulbs, only a credit. This is unacceptable. No wonder that the recent reviews are as poor as they have been. Word to everyone out there....STAY AWAY!!!

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased $87 of bulbs in Sept 2023. They never bothered to tell me that they were out of stock. I looked on my bank state3ment and they had charged me. I called today and they said it would be anywhere from Nov 6-20 for bulb delivery . This is NOT planting season for my area. These people are the worst ***** ******* ********

    Terrible, terrible company! I have left a total of two remotely negative reviews in my late-middle-aged life, so when I tell you this company is TERRIBLE, you can really believe it! Terrible customer service + terrible products = please save yourself the trouble!

    This company is a scamming site. They offer cheap prices on bulbs and when you get them they are either dry, defective or rotten. I have ordered several things, including dahlias, larkspur, veronicastrum etc and the only thing that flowered were the daffodils! When I called to ask for a reimbursement they gave me a gift card for the company. I order some more plants. They came almost six months later and rotten. That was the last time I ordered something from them or from Dutch Bulbs which is their sister company. Do not waste your money or energy.

    Purchased (3) Variegated Giant Canna Phasion bulbs for $35.00 + tax on shipping. I planted them on May 7th 2023. Says will take 3 weeks to emerge as instructed. After 3 weeks I called and was told to give them 6 weeks to emerge. After six weeks I called once again and was told to wait for 2 more weeks. I dug all 3 bulbs and all three were dead and shown no activity of life what so ever. Was told they have a guarantee of free replacement if they don't produce. I'm still waiting for my replacement bulbs. I'm not holding my breath. I will NEVER order anything from this company. My advice to everyone else is stay away from this business. BUY LOCALLY. Most big box stores and green houses will be more than happy to refund or replace as well as any local greenhouse. I have learned my lesson. The next time they send me a catalog it will go right into the trash.

    begonia bulbs came late and rotten 3 pack over $75.. Now they are out of stock to replace.

    I wish l have never completed my order with this scammers, now customer service is replying on my emails .
    I have ordered 28 evergreen trees and none of the survived.

    Over the past couple of years the customer service from this company has diminished. The people that answer the phone are a contract company and they, like many others, hire people whose English is questionable, the understanding is questionable, and they can't do anything but push buttons. They don't understand the plants that they are selling, and even are unable to answer basic questions except for whatever little notes are written on the paper in front of them. This year that took 90 days just to tell me I couldn't receive a certain item. I ordered in January and the cancellation came in late April. This is unacceptable and my gardens are very important to me. There's a lot of competition out there, and I'm probably going to use it. I have not heard back from Van Bourgen and probably will not. They're getting too big for their britches.
