    I contracted with Boiman for steel piers and foundation work in March of 2022. They started the job without a permit required by the city. The city did not consider the job done because it was never inspected. Boiman was required by the city to dig down to the piers for the inspection. This came after many many calls for them to contact the city. They only contacted the city when I involved an attorney. The structural engineer report indicated they are missing a pier. They offered to finish the job if I paid for the pier again- the placement was indicated on the original contract and in the original structural engineers report. 3 years and they still haven’t finished the job

    Do not allow this company to start any work until you see their permits. They had the gall to say it was my responsibility as the homeowner to apply for the permit needed in the City of **********

    John and his team from Boiman did a great job fixing our foundation issue. Hearing loud noises in the house and seeing bricks and concrete crack is stressful, but the experience the Boiman team has identified my issue quickly and resolved the problem. There was no overselling from them on the project as I wanted to get the entire house fixed and Doug the estimator and Tom the work team supervisor showed me what was causing the issue and only fixed what was needed saving me probably 3 times what the job cost. Kathy kept me posted on starting times and moved me up on the schedule as they finished up other jobs. I would highly recommend them.
