    My response to *** ***** is, he is a deadbeat customer that's not taking responsibility for his. 
    Just bc there's an issue with his house, that I've repaired multiple times. Mean, that I deserve this. 
    I've told *** ***** that his foundation could be settling/ moving (since his house is on a slight hill.)
    Therefore no matter what i/ or anyone else does to the house, it'll fail, until it's stabilized. 
    I had every intention on coming back before winter hit to seal it up. His late response hindered that. I'm not going to show up unannounced. 
    Between his threats, his non stop texting/calling, having his family message me, is harassment. 
    Last year, we both agreed he'd find someone else to do the work. Clearly, that never happened. 
    He'd rather hurt a small business owner, father, friend of a friend, than take my advice and seek out an engineer.

    Company response was not acceptable. The “harassment” stated is incorrect. I sent messages / called with practically zero response.  When the company would respond, he would say he’d show up then never respond.  His accusations of me having my family “harass” his are incorrect as well. I had spoken to my father about how bad the job / service was. He then took it upon himself to contact the company.  RJB states he told me I needed to contact an engineer, that is false.  He admitted that the product he used has caused him issues.  

    if you knowingly use product that you have previously had issues with is unacceptable.  The fact the money we saved / spent for this was basically wasted.

    He states I’m a deadbeat who is “attacking” a small business. My wife and I are save for projects like that, and expect the service to be done correctly.  We were recommend RJB from family, and have been extremely dissatisfied. 

    Not only is the service we paid for bad, but we also have had the task of removing the concrete hand prints all over our railings. 

    The issue I had was the crack growing during the winter, which it did.
