Between 1 and 3 months my yard was suppose to be graded. It is now 1 year later and still no results. The septic tanks has large holes around them which my pets and grandchildren can get hurt by falling in these holes. Plus they are to reimburse me a150 dollars for my broken fence. They were to fix this by may 2025. It is now June and still no word when they are coming.

Summit Excavating, **** did install the septic system at ****** *********** home. We have scheduled the "Final Grade" to the excavated area, but due to the ground condition due to the unusual rain and below temperatures, the ground condition has not been ideal. We are scheduling her grading on Thursday, 6/5/2025 due to her complaint to the BBB. I have a Check in the amount of $150.00 that the dozer operator will give her on 6/5/2025. We regret that this has taken longer than the norm. We want her to be happy. She is aware that we are doing a final grade --- not hand ranking and planting seed. We have been in business since 1979.
