BEWARE: I was a loyal and regular customer of this business for 20+ years, and never had any complaints until recently. Last Monday morning, I was there to do my weekly load when I was abruptly confronted at the door by one of their workers telling me I was not welcome back. Upon inquiring as to why, she stated that I used the restroom twice when laundry wasnt in the machine. I was so angry and appalled I asked to talk to a manager and the owner to which she denied me any access. Ive called repeatedly to discuss the situation with a manager and/or owner. She has failed to answer or respond, including hanging up on me via phones calls multiple times.

Clintonville Laundry would like to express that we deliver acceptance, kindness and tolerance to all our patrons. When our guidelines of acceptable behavior are not met or ignored, it is in the best interest of the establishment, and its patrons to correct the situation.

In response to the complaint made to the Better Business Bureau, we offer our restroom to our customers. That would be people using the ********************** services. It is posted on our doors that there is no public restroom. In response to the issue of wanting to speak with an owner or manager. When those people are not on premises, it may be considered illegal to give out personal information. In response to calling "repeatedly" (quote from the complaint), the attendant was at work, and this was a disturbance from being able to perform their job duties.

In defense to the complaint made to the Better Business Bureau, the author of the complaint denied our guidelines of acceptable behavior. Taking advantage of the equipment, damaging property and harassing attendants is unacceptable. It is unfortunate that simple rules could not be followed and that the situation ended the way it did.

To all others reading this post, be assured that Clintonville Laundry welcomes all who need a safe and clean establishment to do their laundry.
