  Shawn Valle Construction LLC, does work very often for me, roofing, siding, windows, remodels, if he is needed i def call on him to help, I have had a great experience every time, he has great ideas, and has completed the work in a very timely matter. Thanks for all you do.

  **************************** team replaced my old roof last week. He successfully completed the work contract as ordered. For 3 days they took great care in carefully protecting my ******************** with tarps during the entire roofing process. The shingle color he suggested was perfect for my ********* have received numerous compliments from neighbors. Im very satisfied & will contract with him for another house project that I will also review.

  May 13 2022 I contacted Shawn for a quote on siding my house. I got several other estimates and decided to go with Shawn cause I wanted to keep my business with someone that I somewhat knew, my daughter is friends with his son, and his wife is a known realtor in our community so it made me feel comfortable, Oh, was I wrong! Lots to tell but only can only do the minimum! They weren't showing up when they said they would be here. There were nails, screws & cigarette butts all over my yard/driveway. I have a daycare business & had to pick up everyday myself. I even asked to use the roller they had & they said they would do it, didn't! A dumpster was supposed to be onsite per the contract, never saw it! They left all the old siding in a pile in half of my neighbors yard until the job was done & hauled away in a small trailer. Things were looking off to me, I told him & he said they would be fixed. When it came time to pay the remaining balance he tried getting an extra $300 that was never mentioned or in the contract. I gave him a little over half of the remaining balance until they came back to fix the rest. I just told him that I was worried about some of the stuff and he reassured me that he always stands by his work & would even fix it down the road if something happened. I paid & not even a month later and my siding was coming off. I texted him multiple times with no response. Wasn’t until I asked where to send bill for the repairs from other contractor months later that he sent his son over unannounced! At this point the siding had cracked in a storm & I had to order new. I told his son that Shawn needed to contact me & still nothing back. I sent another text about ALL the issues there are now and still no response. I had it looked at by other contractors & found out there's not enough screws making it loose, my fascia wasn't done correctly, the siding isn't going all the same way, many pieces have fallen off or are hangin. I wish I could add pics! DON'T TRUST HIM

  This women had a storm come through after the siding was installed, in the winter, I told her that we would come back, but it have to be warmer. You cannot cut siding in the winter to fix what the storm had done. Once the weather broke I sent an employee to her home, and she kicked him off of his her property, told him to leave, then she tried to hire somebody else and then asked me to pay the bill after she wouldn’t allow us to fix the problem if she would have allowed me to fix the siding the day that we went there then they wanted to bend any more problems, but she was so strange that she’d rather just kick us off the property

  What a great experience with Shawn valle construction , I received my quote within 3 days of requesting it, he provided insurance proof, he explained the process and delivered! The work was beautifully done, I will use this company again !
