      Hired the company “ glass block Kings”, ran by a man named Quinton to install windows at my home. There was a bay style window that had its own roof, when it was removed 3 windows were set in its place; Two sliders with screens and then one fixed. The fixed window as well as the vinyl that was set above all the windows is failing. The window was cracked and now is cracked in half. I reached out to quinton with response for 6 months continuously. Now I know he has no intent of getting something done about the issue. I contacted a new window company who said they cannot make a window change until there is something done about the vinyl allows water to pour into the house behind it as it’s not flashed correctly and it’s like a waterfall into my new window between the panes, inside the window on the windowsill and water stains all down my walls. It has to be wet behind the wall and therefore be growing new problems. I have started trying to find a contractor who has the time to come repair the vinyl above the window or create an option to not have water come into the windows anymore. I’ve been told to reach out to you all and the photos on my phone are apparently too large for 5mb so if I can send them or talk to someone i will do my best to communicate how this is creating me more problems than I ever thought would occur from choosing this company to replace windows.
