      On march 12,2023 i woke up to half of my apartment did not have electric i did contract maintance. The maintance guys came out but did not fix it at all.So on april 24, 2023 i started to move out. They told me that they could not get no one out out to fix the electric.

      ****** ***** was advised that it would be in her best interest to move out due to the amount of work that needed to be completed. Sh moved out May 1, 2023 and is receiving a refund of $622.24.

      The trash has not been picked up in about 8 weeks. We were finally given a date of 1/6/22. The trash was never picked up. All 8 dumpsters are completely filled and over flowing with trash causing rodents and bugs. I did some digging and found the property management company, ******** Real Estate, they are stating ( via email) that the owners have a financial crisis and that is to be resolved in 2 weeks.... I contacted Prairie Township to ask why this trash was not being picked up and it is because the owners are not paying the trash bill... Apparently they owners do not stay in the US, they are in Morocco... The property management company can not get in touch with the owners either... I have reached out to media outlets to try and get this fixed as well but I am fearful of retaliation... I just do not think that we should have to live like this. The two dumpsters in the photos are just the ones near my building... there are about 6 others that look the exact same.
