    I would not recommend University Village Apartments to anyone. They are requiring us to pay a full months rent for May when we are required to be moved out by May 25th. They out right refused to prorate our rent, paying only for the first 25 days of May. So we are being required to pay the rent through May 31st but have to turn the keys in on May 25th. This is flat out wrong. Their maintenance team is awful. There are mold issues and water leaks that have not been properly addressed and corrected. The apartments are very run down and have seen rats in the complex!
