      On February 6th 2023 I went To Columbus Collision to get my car fixed, at 12:30pm I paid them 2889.92 for the repairs. Later that same day at 4:00 pm I was told by my insurance company that my car was a total loss due to the frame being bent and to pick my items up ASAP to avoid any fees. I picked my items out of the car at 4:36 pm and was told by the manager ****** **** that I would be refunded tomorrow morning and she would call me. I was never contacted or refunded. I called them every day after the 7th to try and get the refund but I was Always told ****** wasn’t available or no one would answer. At a point I was even blocked from calling. I had to go up there when I could get a ride on February 21st and when I finally spoke to her she said she has to refund my Lien holder but I didnt understand that because that’s not who paid her . I contacted my lien holder and they said that she should refund me not them ! She then said she was going to refund my insurance company I still didn’t understand that because they also never paid her! I called My insurance company while I was there as well and they also said she should refund me but told me they would give her an address to mail the check to them if that works better and they would then send the money to me once it cleared. On March 6th I checked with the insurance company to see if they have received anything and they did not. It is now March 14th and I still haven’t received anything and my insurance company hasn’t either.
