      July 7 2022 bmw financial withdrew theee times my monthly payment. It’s Reflected in my bank account. Bmw says they only took one. My bank. ******* ****** ***** has issued a charge back for two payments as they confirmed the three payments. Bmw says they returned one payment - bank says they haven’t- bmw says I now owe them for July 7 - plus fees

      Better Business Bureau complaint process. We hope the following information and
      explanation will answer the issues addressed in your complaint.

      Your
      correspondence states your July 7, 2022 payment of $334.08 was withdrawn from
      your bank account three times. Upon receipt of your complaint and accompanying
      documentation, we researched your July 2022 transaction history. Our records
      confirm you remitted one online payment of $334.08 on July 7, 2022. Please
      note, BMW Financial Services (BMW FS) did not receive any additional funds beyond
      the single payment of $334.08. To inquire why your bank statement indicates
      three withdrawals of $334.08, we suggest contacting your bank.

      We
      also confirmed BMW FS received a chargeback for the $334.08 July 7, 2022
      payment on July 18, 2022, resulting in a $25.00 Returned Item Fee. As of the
      date of this letter, your account balance is $693.16, which includes the
      payments due July 15, 2022 and August 15, 2022 and the $25.00 Returned Item
      Fee. As a courtesy, we waived the $16.70 Late Charge assessed on July 26, 2022.

      So I see you’re response to my complaint - please investigate further.
      My bank provided the proof that bmw did infact take three - my bank did a charge back for two of the three. They never refused a payment. I have sent you documents What more do you need. ??? Please follow up with a thorough investigation ************ ************ ************ ************

      We understand you continue to dispute
      multiple withdraws from your bank dated July 7, 2022. Upon receipt of your
      correspondence, we again reviewed the transaction history on your account. We
      acknowledge the receipt of your bank statement demonstrating three payments to
      BMW FS in the amount of $334.08, each on July 7, 2022. Our records indicate we
      received one payment in the amount of $334.08 on July 7, 2022. This payment was
      then identified as a returned item by your bank on July 26, 2022, which led to
      a $16.70 late fee for your payment due date of July 15, 2022 and a $25.00
      returned item fee. We confirm both fees have been waived from your account as a
      courtesy. We have enclosed a copy of your Transaction Statement for your
      reference. We encourage you to contact your bank directly to advise them of our
      findings and for further assistance.

      I sold my BMW to BMW of South Austin on June 6th 2022, in which they initiated an ACH Transfer in the amount of $34,789.86 to BMW Financial Services.This was the remaining balance on my loan.

      It is now 7/26/2022 and BMW of South Austin has yet to receive the title, meaning they are unable to cut me a check for the addtional amount owed to me.

      I have placed calls to BMW Financial Services -- the requests to speak to a supervisor have been rejected, and the title department will not speak with me.

      It has now been 7 weeks without a resolution, and without any sort of urgency or escalation on BMW's end, despite both myself and the Sales Manager at BMW of South Austin requesting an escaltion.

      Bureau complaint process. We hope the following information and explanation
      will answer the issues addressed in your complaint.

      Your
      correspondence states BMW of South Austin has still not received the title
      after paying off the above referenced account on June 6, 2022. We understand this process has been
      frustrating for you, and we sincerely apologize if BMW Financial Services has
      contributed to any additional stress or confusion. Please know we are working
      with RefiJet, the
      third-party company that administered the contracting for your refinance prior
      to the buyout through BMW of South Austin, to resolve this situation as quickly
      as possible.  

      Our
      records confirm we originally sent the title to RefiJet on April 1, 2022. RefiJet
      advised they then sent the title work to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
      (Texas DMV) to have it transferred. However, the Texas DMV rejected the title
      transfer because the vehicle had already been registered to the new owner that
      BMW of South Austin sold the vehicle to.

      Please
      note, we sent RefiJet a duplicate title on August 10, 2022. RefiJet will make
      another attempt to have the Texas DMV transfer the title to BMW of South
      Austin. If this is unsuccessful, RefiJet will work with BMW Financial Services to
      initiate the title transfer to BMW of South Austin.
