    I went to the shop on 10-25-22 about 3:30
    They were told to fix the exhaust leak at the front of the vehicle. Quoted me $80 with no explanation. Didn’t fix anything in the fron said they welded in the back. Asked them to make it right . Told me to not come back. Gave me no receipt when I handed them $80 casb

    I am responding to the complaint # 18312600, issued on 10/25/22 by Biran ********.

    We brought his vehicle in for inpsection.The noise was coming from the rear on the car. There was a broken pipe, showed him the problem. He said to fix it, we told him $80 for the repair. After we finished the repair, we started up the vehicle. There was a noise coming from the front that we couldn't hear. The repair wasn't visible because it was on the manifold, the donut gasket. We do that work but needs to be dropped off. He got upset with us. But he did ok the pairs in the rear. So I feel he should pay for the repair we did.

    This is not true what they wrote. I told *** when o pulled in and said you hear that the front of the vehicle is making noise. He said we will fix it. They never showed me the problem. A guy came out and said $80 they knew the front was the problem since I heard them reconfirm it up. They are lying
