    I have used Mid-State basements on several occasions as a Real Estate Agent. Referrals and positive feedback from clients is very important in this industry. This company is 100% always showing professionalism with myself, the client and in their work ethic.. They bid jobs better than their competitors and do not attempt to fix issues that are not a problem. They work for the long term relationship with the client rather than a one time job. I cannot imagine using another company. The staff and crew from top to bottom show knowledge and and communicate exactly what they are going to do to solve the issue. I even met the owner out on the job site this week checking on his crew and bringing lunch. That is why his employees stay and work hard. More companies need this type of management and customer service. Keep it up Mid-State and Thank You for being a trusted company.

    The initial evaluation was different than other company evaluations. Mid-State didn't try to oversell. After looking at the situation they recommended a more streamlined solution. After drilling through the basement cement floor, the original recommendation wasn't suitable. They recommended an alternate solution. Although it was more costly, Mid-State honored the original contract. Due to changes in the property situation, Mid-State allowed us to cancel the contract and refunded our deposit. Mid-State is easy to work with, flexible, and everything handled professionally. No "pressure" on anything in the process
