      I worked with Key for two years to print a holiday card. This year I returned for a third time. Admittedly, 250 cards may be a small amount for a big copy shop, but it is an order that matters to me. There was a huge lack of communication in the process. This year I took the artwork in on 11/22 along with paper to print on. When I had not heard anything by 11/29, I stopped in to ask what was happening. I was told that they were too short staffed to help **** stopped by again on 12/1 and asked if I might see a paper proof. The manager and I talked about the proof and the changes to be made. I did not receive my cards until 12/2, and the cards I did receive are completely the wrong size. When I asked manager what happened he admitted he made the mistake. And then he still charged me for the printing. It was my mistake to expect this company to be able to print a small order correctly or in a timely fashion. Buyer beware. I would not trust this business with my work again.
