      Contacted Magnetic springs to have water delivered. Spoke with ******, and as quoted a price and told I would receive delivery next day or possibly 2 days. It has been 2 weeks, still no water and still no call back.

      I sincerely apologize for the confusion and lack of communication regarding your account. I initially submitted the information believing we serviced the ********* area. However, I later learned that we do not cover that region, and I was under the impression that our customer service team had already reached out to you by phone or email to explain the situation.


      Had I known that no one had contacted you directly, I would have followed up myself. Since the calls were made to our main office and not to my direct line, I assumed the matter had been resolved.


      I did look into it and can confirm that the account was never set up and no charges were made. Again, I truly apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience this may have caused.

      I am rejecting this response because: I should not be charged a delivery feee as this was not a delivery.  You picked up the bottles and the water cooler.  Please refund the delivery fee.

      It takes up to 30 days for our system to process the refund. The check was sent out on 6/18 Check# *****. The bottle deposits from the last delivery were put towards the invoice total. That left a ***** credit on the account that was refunded back on the 18th.

      There was a misunderstanding we put a credit on his account. I have talked to the refund manager, and they have put it back on the card!
