    Pounded yam I bought 4 bags each (4 lbs / bag) and is not good after opened one. I returned 3 bags unopen back the next day in the morning. The owner told me to come back at the end of the day, he will refund the money to me.

    About 8pm, I went back because I left the bags with him. He told me he was not going to refund me back my money. He said to me he through the pounded yam in trash.

    When told me he through then to the trash, I asked him which trash, I just need my money back you can do whatever you want. He said again pointing to the trash, and got hi phone and said "I video it for my record to show you I through them away".

    At that point, I digged in the trash (public trash) and find the bag he bagged the 4 pounded yam those 3 bags I returned were there. Then I took them with me. So, I have them as evidence.

    Hello,
    The individual/customer who walked into my store , came in for shopping and looked around for what she was looking for,  there were 4 different type and sizes of pounded yam that included two different names . I showed her those different types of pounded yams flour,  different sizes and types . she was interested to make choice of 4 bags of oloye Pounded yam which she is very familiar with. This is a specific west African food that she knows about. she bought those 4 bags with $15 value each . she left and she came back next day claiming that she didn't like how that products taste and she wanted to switch to another type or get her money back , she never mentioned if the products has a specific default , damage or any other issue beside that she didn't like it's taste. I told her that if the flour has no any defective issue that is just she didn't like the taste that would not be the reason to return it because we only accept products that are not used or that are defective and that is for limited items like non food or dried food packaged in the boxes . She left the store and she left the items she returned in front of the check out. I went and looked what she left there , when i opened the bag i sow a roach running inside the bag. I tied  the bag and put it outside in the trash bin. She came back evening time with another person male who stayed outside and she asked that i give her money back or stated that she could call the police. I told her that I already throwed the bag in the trash and that I told her that I could not take whatever she brought back.  She went outside , took the bag from the trash , asked the person who came with her to call the Police.  I returned inside the store and they both  left with the bag.  I have attached the picture and the links containing the video of a running roach in the bag.

    ******** ***** *******************************************;

    Dear ************************* are my responses to the owner of Dido African Food Supplier. This man think he is in ****** where they can careless about public safety. He knew that this product is not good and I told him that was why I am returning the three unopened bags to get my money back.
    The day I went to his store was my first time due to the store next to him did not open that time and I needed the pounded yam for my business. Most of his statements were false.
    He did not show me 4 different types of pounded yam the day I purchased the 4 bags. The day I returned the 3 unopened bags he showed me 2 other different types which I asked him if I can switch the 3 Oloye bags to *** *** pounded yam he refused and told me to come in the evening to get my money. Another big lie is he said, "she is familiar with Oloye, this is specific west African food that she knows about". I did not know anything about Oloye, but I do know about *** *** and Iyando pounded yam which I thought I was buying *** *** due to I was in a hurry to open my store. I did not taste and have never tasted this product in my life, never. As he accused me again, I told him "I did not like the taste, it was not taste good". For his information, pounded yam is not made to be chewed or tasted, to get taste, you eat it with soup and swallow. I don't taste anything my eyes rejected
    I only open one bag of 4 bags and it was not looking good we went ahead tried to make it, the texture was horrible that was why I returned the remaining three unopened. So, I threw the whole bag away. attached are the three bags intact as purchased. Note: He stated " we only accaept product that are not used or that are defective for limited items like non food or DRIED FOOD PACKAGED IN THE BOXES". The ones I returned are defective, they are in the package, they are dried food. Which meet all his requiements in his respond. He still refused to refund my money back to me as promised to refund my money in the evening. I left the three bags of his pounded yam with him. When I went back in the evening to get my money, he told me "Iam not going to give your money" I asked him why, he said "I don't have to tell you why, and stated, "I throw them in poblic trash" I asked him show me he showed me the trash, then I pick them out of trash and they were still intact. I did not see any *****.
    I did not understand what he was talking "***** running inside the bag" I did not see any *****, may be he has roaches in his store and want to use that to keep my money. Him letting the public know his business is filter with roaches have nothing to do with refunding my money to me. I have the three bags with me to prove you are not telling the truth.
    I hope this will help to resolve this ************************************************************************
