      BBB took a complaint over the phone. Below is the voice to text voicemail description

      My name is ******* *******. My telephone number is ************. My complaint number is *********. My complaint is against Green Lawn Cemetery. It is on behalf of my brother, ***** C. *******. He has not received his grade marker. His date of death was April 10, 2023. His burial was on April 19, 2023. He was a ***************** veteran, and he was to receive a grade and grade marker paid by the government. He did receive a grade, but there is no grade marker. This was called to my attention by my niece, because ***** was very next to her twin brother, who is my niece's father. I did not know that there was no grade marker, because I have not been able to go to school with her, because I am handicapped. She has been there two different times, and there is no marker. I have called Greenland Cemetery three times this month, April 1st, 2nd, and 11th, with a request for someone to call and explain why there is no marker. No one will be carrying my phone calls. The 1st and the 11th, I spoke to a man who said that he would give this request to his manager, who is a woman. The 2nd of April, I spoke with a woman. They claim they have a call log that they click the person's name and telephone number and request in, and they get to it when they can. There's been three calls in two weeks, and I have heard nothing. Now my resolution for this is I would like an explanation as to why my brother has not received his gray marker on his gray. Also, what measures are they going to take to make this possible? I appreciate your help, ****. Thank you so much. This call will end on April 15, 2025. Goodbye.

She sent her a Pandadoc for her to sign off on the VA marker.  ******* has sent the VA application back.  My administrative/memorial specialist has processed the VA application to order the government bronze.  Once bronze arrives we will process & install memorial.
