    Gateway Film Center's Monthly Mysterybox Subscription Add-on:

    The $10 Transactions began in on July 5th of 2023 and have persisted Monthly since to a current total of $140.
    The business committed to providing a seasonal mystery box, as a $10 add-on to my Monthly membership at the film center.


    The nature of the dispute is following nearly 4 months I decided to follow up on my lack of receiving this mystery box I had been paying for, this starting a 6+ Month saga of me reaching out to their emails or by phone, with each time resulting in them either not responding to my inquiry's on the package status or a reimbursement or promising to follow up, only for me to need to reach back in a month or so to restart the conversation.

    The company does not allow me to manually remove it as an add on for my monthly subscription.

    The business has failed countless times to make an attempt to resolve the problem.

    The Benefit is advertised on their membership portion of their website and the physical signup forms, and they continue to advertise them even though they have been charging without providing the service for at least 1 year now.
