    This sleazy business has called repeatedly over the past year using a robocall recorded message soliciting business for their collection service. My phone number is on the federal and state Do Not Call list and these robocalls are in violation of the law. I have no interest in any service offered by this scum business and these repeated unwanted phone calls are telephone harassment. The message does not provide any method to opt out of future calls. CEASE AND DESIST phone calls to me and other parties who are not interested in your services. Provide a phone call opt-out option. Respect the Do Not Call list. I am saving each robocall message and phone logs as legal evidence that will be used against your business and will seek damages for each occurrence. CEASE AND DESIST calling me.

    This company/ law firm represents a subcontractor that we hired before for a job about a year and half ago. We paid the subcontractor a deposit and he didnt do the job and kept pushing for a month and half, so we went a head and hired another subcontractor that did the job, 2 month later this collection agency has been harassing me since and asking me to pay for the balance for the job that he didn't even do. On top they started harassing my family as well, not sure how they got my wife's contact. If they wont stop harassing, I will pursue with a law suit.

    This complaint is against our client, not us. The dispute with our client isnt valid.  This debtor claimed that work was not completed.  The work that was done is what our client is seeking payment for.  Our client didnt continue to do work as the debtor failed to pay as the job progressed as outlined in the contract.  The debtor then hired somebody who attempted to get the work done under the same permit that was pulled by our client.   We have shown significant back-up documenation that demostrates this debtor breach and he has failed to provide any evidence that payments were made for the completed portion of the work.  This complaint should be closed immediatly.   Best Regards,

    I am receiving an excessive amount of solicitation robo calls to my business cell phone.
    The number that calls is 614 *** ****. This is a inconvenience and disruption to my work day.
    I am registered on the national fo not call list and this is in violation of that.
    I have contacted the company directly and left a message to alert them to stop calling or look into a problem with their advertising calls.

    These lowlifes have called several times using a robocaller this is illegal. Our number is on the national Do Not Call list but they continue to call any way. If they call again we will pay them a little visit and show them how much we appreciate them constantly bugging us!
