    Would give zero stars if I could. Our roof was replaced in 2018 by the previous owners of our home. We contacted them for a quote for a warranty claim as water was not flowing correctly around the chimney. I also have a roof leak that I wanted them to take a look at. My insurance agent also wanted a copy of the warranty for our homeowners insurance policy. I have called on multiple occasions and the only time I was able to get through was when I told them I wanted a quote for a new roof. Someone told me they would call to get me on the schedule the following week and it has been about 2 1/2 months since that interaction. I have sent at least a message or two a week on their website, and have also called their main office number. Pretty sure I have been blocked as it goes straight to voicemail every time. Highly dissatisfied, and disgusted with the " Customer Service "they claim to have. I'm writing this review as a last ditch effort for them to contact me.
