    This company has horrible business practices. I was told that I would be charged a certain price for each visit and I was charged that amount prior to the start of each visit. At some point they switched billing systems and had a huge turnover in staff. We discontinued treatment with this business. Months later I received a huge due bill. I requested a detailed bill of what was charged and where all of my payments were applied. They are unable to provide this to me. All they can provide are balances due after the new system was in place. They told me that they billed my insurance and that I owed more than the originally agreed upon price and that my payments went towards balances in the old system. Oddly enough the person I made the original agreement with is gone and so are both providers we dealt with. We had no billing issues until this new system started and they can’t get information from the old system. If I don’t want to be sent to collections I have no choice but to pay. It also doesn’t help that we went 8 months of service and then another 2 after leaving before being told we owed them money. The woman I talked to about the problem was rude and not at all helpful. Stay away from this place. There is a reason why all of the providers left and took their patients with them.
