      In November 2023, I purchased five gift certificates as Christmas gifts for my girlfriends. The goal was to have a girls outing in 2024. I contacted Wine and Canvas to schedule the event in February for a March event. I was told that they changed ownership and did not have the new location yet. They could do a Zoom session which I declined. I was disappointed and requested my $200 be refunded. I have emailed and completed their online form requesting a resolution of the situation. There was only one response saying they were sorry for my disappointment. I have received no response since that one email. I have sent several emails asking for resolution. I have receipt for the gift certificates if needed. I am asking for help to get my refund.
