    Simon Says Stamp is censoring consumer reviews. Consumers who leave negative reviews for a product, are being censored, and not being made public. This is against Federal law, as the *** bans censoring real reviews (positive or negative). Consumers have sent the owner requests to stop and comply with federal law, yet they willfully have not stopped. Please know that the owner and her website, do not accurately and actually reflects reviews left by consumers. Instead, they are intentionally misleading consumers. Buyers Beware!

    I ordered items on October 30th, to date (November 8th) my order is still unfulfilled.I have left email messages and have had no response. They have taken the money out of my account.For a company that makes $14,000,000.00 per year, one would expect that they would be able to hire extra help around the busy Christmas season to ensure that their customers receive their orders in an expeditious manner!Also, if you expect to see any negative reviews, dont count on it as they will only publish the positive ones!I rarely buy from them anymore as their shipping rates are quite expensive! I advise makers to order from ************* as their customer service is excellent and they ship NEXT day and provide a tracking number. They will (if they are able) to add to your order if you have forgotten something.I do not recommend this company!

    If I could do negative stars I would. This place should be ashamed of themselves. They have the absolute worst customer service Ive experienced. I ordered a couple mystery boxes in the past, they included coordinating dies without the stamp to go with them, when I emailed them asking why. They said the stamps were discontinued and I should look on **** for them. Recently, I submitted a review for a product I ordered, a review they asked for- it was not a positive review. It was never published, so I submitted it again- never published. I emailed them asking why- no response. A couple of weeks later I sent another email, also messaged them on Instagram. Nothing. Ive never seen a company just blatantly ignore you.

    Absolutely brilliant!
    Absolutely brilliant!! Extremely fast turnaround, my orders are usually filled and mailed the same day, get them 2 days after that. No more waiting 10 days or more. The products are the same great quality of other stores I highly recommend this company.

    Have been a regular customer for many years, placing more than a dozen orders. SSS has a wide variety of products from a large number of companies and produces items under their own brand name as well. Both products and service are outstanding. Orders are correct and arrive in a timely manner. Products are exactly as described/represented on the website.
    Do not be dissuaded from buying based on a single negative review. If you are a card maker, you will love Simon Says Stamp. (I have no affiliation with SSS; I simply hate to see a company suffer due to a single unhappy individual. I cannot speak to the truth or accuracy of the individual's complaint, only my own numerous positive interactions.)

    SSS charges you and holds onto your money for weeks for products that they don't have in stock, nor do they notify you when buying the product that it isn't currently in stock. When asking for updates, stories change day-to-day and from one customer representative to another. Then, they cancel what they don't have in stock, and the customer is still expected to pay full shipping costs for only a part of their order. This company has very disappointing business practices and should be avoided.
