    Our shipment delivery needed to be rescheduled multiple times and we only learned it was not arriving as scheduled when I called in to the delivering company chosen by Navis and asked for a status update when I'd already been waiting at home for hours. I had to schedule and then reschedule multiple delivery appointments, had to be the one to call in to ask the status of the delivery, and was then told multiple times that the delivery scheduled for that day was being cancelled and thus needed to be rescheduled. When I spoke with *****, the owner of the Columbus, OH Navis location who had shipped the items out, he indicated that he had no responsibility for the delivery experience - even though I had paid his company for the full service experience of item pickup, packaging, shipping and delivery. He basically took my money and did not ensure a good customer experience through every step of what I paid him for. I would encourage anyone needing a moving service to NOT use Columbus, OH NAVIS Pack & Ship as the owner does not care what happens once your items have been shipped.

    Brilliant, couldn't even ask for a discount as both my partner and I have disabilities and could not ask anything else from them. No hesitation in recommending these guys to my friends or family. Will be using them again very soon. I will promote their company to prove that they are polite and very reasonable.
