    If you had less than one star Id give them that. Im a 66 year old woman who had a set of partial dentures made by them. They told me that my insurance would cover it and contacted the insurance company to get the info. After I received the partial I received a bill for $375 with the explanation that the insurance would not cover that much. After I received the bill, I was chewing a piece of bread and the front tooth on the partial broke off. I contacted them and they said Id have to pay the bill before they would repair the partial. I explained I was on a fixed income and could only afford $25/month. When I arrived this morning, I was prepared to pay $25. They demanded $37.50, which I did not have. I got very upset and I did raise my voice to the staff who have no compassion or empathy. I just got off the phone with them and questioned if they were going to stand by their shoddy workmanship. They cannot get me in until August 20th and I have a very important event to attend before that with no tooth in the front of my mouth. I was informed that they will not treat me any longer, which is fine, I had never planned on coming back. Im at the point that I need some type of assistance whether it be the BBB or an attorney, as I feel that I do not owe them a dime and hopefully they dont try to take advantage of seniors who cannot stand up to the system.

    Don't ever go to Comfort Dental. He let unqualified person take a drill to my teeth she chiped and broke several of my teeth. When I tried to take address it with the. Owner aka Dr. D he locked himself in his office. Report to Dental Board if you have problems they will sanction him and take his license to practice dentistry. He doesn't deserve a star.
