My dog was attacked at doggies day care. Nothing was done and I was not notified until I picked him up at 6:30pm (please see attached photos) my dog could NOT bend his paw, it was bleeding and he could not walk on it, it was swollen to the size of a golf ball. In the 4th point down on the business addendum it stays medical treatment will be given to any dog in its care. If hospitalization is required they will transport the dog to the chosen hospital/Vet for service. My dog was not treated and I had to take him to the after hours emergency vets an office where they treated him. I had asked the business to compensate for the $400 vet bill and in writing from the owner Melissa, said she “sent it in The mail” it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive this “check” she also claims the attack didn’t happen since she “can’t find it on video” Please be advised I would like my bill compensated for their lack of accountability.

The dog was not viciously attacked however did sustain an injury after rough play with another dog.  I wrote a check - see attachment - and mailed it to the address on file.  I will put a stop payment on the original check and issue another but need confirmation of the mailing address, in case what we have is no longer accurate?
