    Terrible. I would never let any other dog go here. 1) The owner responds to a google review before he responds to a direct email. 2) I had my dog in “puppy school” which meant a 1/2 hour of training and then several hours in a cell with high walls and no windows. Didn’t know that. Was never, ever told. 3) I don’t claim to be a biologist, but I think any animal that experiences the world through smell and sound won’t like a windowless, high walled cell. 4) this was to prevent “overstimulation,” yet for anyone who has ever had a dog, this seems to a contrary solution. 5) I said to Mr B******, “he’s a herding (collie) dog. He said, “No, working and herding are the same thing.” Anyone who has ever had a working dog knows herders and workers are NOT the same thing. 6) Mr B******, the owner, told me had trained “thousands of dogs.” Gotta be honest, if he thinks he trained “thousands,” he didn’t train any.
    This place is mostly a money grab. There are all kinds of other places out there, especially in downtown/GV. Check any of the others out first. I wanted my puppy to be able to play, which is what they said our dog would get. Instead, they wanted to sell me pricey “intensive” 1-on-1 training to correct the puppy’s behavior (which was as created there).
