  I had a leaking toilet, Mick came out to check it on Wednesday asked 225 to reset and said its gonna fix the leak. While we tried to flush it after the reset, we found the toilet is clogged. Mick couldnt fix it, and they sent *****, another plumber, with the more drainage experience, and was quoted 250 to snake the toilet Friday. Price seems high. I asked how much does it cost to fix a clogged toilet, they said its 250+90 (the reset fee), I asked if I could pay the differences (250+90-225 i already paid) they said I cant. I have to pay 250. They said the initial call is to fix the leaking toilet and it was fixed, and todays appointment is to unclog the toilet, so it should be 250+90, they already discounted the 90 dollar they should have charged. I disagree. If the toilet itself is clogged or the drain to the toilet is clogged then the first plumber Mick doing his job should have found this out when diagnosing the leak. More than likely the leak was caused because the drain was clogged backing water up to the toilet and that's where it was leaking.It is only 250+90 to fix the issue I have, but they decided to charge me 225+250. The issue involves a reset and snake the toilet. They said they didnt know its clogged, isnt it the plumbers job to diagnose the leak? This company set up a trap for more money. I asked if they can meet me in the middle, but they arent willing to meet me in the middle. ***** the owner raised his voice almost yelling and said there are plenty of customers who are waiting for them and are willing to pay ******* dollars to unclog the toilet. ******* said avg price to snake the toilet is *******, just fyi) Its two days between the two plumbers appointment, same company. They were not willing to accept the first plumber didnt do the right job of diagnosing the leak but yelled at the customer. I am very disappointed. I paid the 225+250, and our business ends here.

  ***** discount the drain cleaning to $250 including the 2nd remove and reset of the toilet. He cleared the line and reset the toilet. The customer was still not satisfied with the price and demand a further discount. The customer then called me. I tried to explain that this had been discounted as much as possible. She kept asking me why she had to pay for the previous diagnosis. I would try to explain that we had no way of know, and that both bills together are what she would have paid if we knew there was a clog in the first place. Every time I tried to explain this, the customer would cut me off and go into other what if scenarios. I did become frustrated with the conversation, however I was no where near yelling. I became short and ask that she let me explain the questions she was asking. To which she hung up on me. I have been in this industry for 15 years. I am confident that our pricing is fair for the services offered. I truly wish we could have reached a resolution where both sides were happy with the results. Unfortunately that did not happen in this situation, but I do believe that we tried everything within reason to make this happen.
