    We signed up for a home show in Pigeon Forge TN for April 2024, the show was delayed due to health issues but then a reschedule date was never provided.

    We have asked for a refund but no one will respond to phone calls or emails.

    This seems very much like a fraudulent company!

    Maybe there is nothing to be done. I would like the complaint on record to help protect others that may try to do business with this company.  Even though they are closed, that was not clear to me yesterday when I filed this complaint.  

    Just leave this feedback on their record please that there are issues and other companies that would do their due diligence might see it before giving a credit card for payment.

    The Outdoor Fun Expo put on by this company did not meet claims or expectations. I paid a fee of $300 for a 8x10 booth space. I was told there would be 9000+ attendees and over 400 exhibitors with high ticket items. I prepared and baked for 8 weeks and spent over $1500 in supplies for this show, only to have 67 attendees come through the door, a few boats on the floor and less than 100 other exhibitors. There was no advertising that any of us could see besides a Facebook event page. News Channel 5 gave a 2 minute on air spot, which didn’t highlight anything but the petting zoo that was there. I had to donate most of my perishable items to a local food bank to avoid throwing it all away.
    I also drove from Canton, OH to Cleveland for set up day, Opening day, and what was supposed to be the second day/tear down of my display.


    There has been a group email sent to our Representative ***** ******** who has basically told us that we would have credits for the next show, in which the Huntington Convention Center has told us that there will be no other show with this group at their location.
    There are 2 other locations in the US that I am aware of that have plans with this group. The website for this event has already been taken down and now says coming soon.
