    I went to this location this morning around 9 something this morning, quarter to 10. I ordered a cheese croissant and hash *****. My order came up to $6.58. I gave them a $20 bill. My change was $13.42. I asked for an egg, cheese croissant because I'm Muslim, I don't, I have a special diet. I don't eat certain meat. I don't eat hamburger, pork, turkey, you know, with stuff I can't eat. I'm a diabetic, that's why I chose to just try to grab something and I have high blood pressure so I could take my medication. I went there and I have a picture of the croissant that they gave to me. And the croissant had ***** stuff all on it. And also, I ordered a medium hash *****. And the hash *****s were like in the small. And I asked, I said, I went back to the drive-thru again. And I asked, I said, can I order another hash *****? May I have a medium? And he gave me like a half a hash *****. And he said, well, we don't have the other half of the hash *****s. Do you want some fries on top of that? And I was like, fries? I said, man, just give me the order, because I have to get my things. Like, he was very nice. This guy was up to drive. He was nice. But when I went back in, when I found out that my egg had that ***** stuff on there, I said, oh, no, no, no. I can't eat this. What is that? So I took it back when I left from my appointment. And I was ******* to get somewhere else. I stopped by and I told them, I said, can I please have my money back? There's things on his eggs and you guys now went to lunchtime. I was very cordial and I was very polite when I asked them. The manager came up and they was like, well, what is this? He's like, that ***** spot is cheese. I said, mister, that is not cheese. I said, that is a ***** loam from one side of the egg all the way to the other ***** something. And he was like, well, I said, if it's cheese. I said, why don't you take a bite of it and eat it right now? And he just looked at me and looked at the sandwich, and he just refused to do that. So the other lady who had red hair, she stood there and she said she was the *** She said, well, I'm the *** She said, what do you want? I said, she said, I'm not giving you your money back. All of a sudden, she just decides that she's not giving me my money, because she said that that's just what they do. Their policy is don't give back money. I've never heard that before. So I said, well, I want my money back because that's what I'm asking for. I said, I drove all the way back down here from up north. I'm driving all the way around town. I'm missing my appointments and trying to squeeze this in. You're wasting my gas. She said, well, what I can do is make you another one. You either take the order, and you make another one, or you get nothing. This is what she told me. So I said, OK. I was still there, and my heart was fluttering, but I still remained calm. So I said, OK, I will take another order. And I sat down, and I knew I was pushing time on my appointment where I was going. So I sat down and gave them a chance to try to fix the order. Let me tell you something, when I got the order again, it was not the same egg. They then took their stuff and caught them scrambling up something. The eggs all had fallen off. I said, what is this? I said, this is not what I ordered. I said, this is not the eggs you're supposed to give to me. And the man was like, well, that grill is shut off and we can't cook the real eggs on there. He said, well, we just had to give you something. I said, no, don't just give me anything. I want like what to have what I order and and please don't do that to my food And I said, well, could you please give me that what money so I let me go get my phone so I could record Just I'll have my keys in my own receipt right there just to run out to the car and get my phone so one time I came in the manager of the gym told him to hurry up and ****** the food that they had sitting there. They have threw that away They threw both sandwiches with the one I can originally came in with the ***** stuff and the other one that was messed up and they threw it in the trash. And he heard, she like, hurry up, get that receipt, get the receipt. And she was telling him to hurry up and get the receipt. I said, no, give me my receipt. So I hurry up and try to ****** it out of his hand. So he was like, don't ****** it from me. I said, well, give me my receipt. I said, why are you snatching my receipt out of my hand? And that is my, y 'all got your fool. And now you're trying to take your receipt from me. So I at that point, so I started recording what was going on. She said, oh, you're not allowed to record here. You have to get out and you have to do the, I said, let me tell you something. I am not going to sit here and argue with you. I will go to ************." And she said, well, good. That's what you do. And I said, if you don't get out of our store, we're going to call the police on you. I said, OK. Well, guess what? I don't care. Call the police. I said, because I want my money back from you, and that's what I want. And so she just refused. The other men refused. They all started arguing with me, even more than their coworkers. So what I did was politely just walked out the store, got in my car, and I said, God, please help me find a way that I can handle this without having to go to court. So I decided when I came to **********************, the resource lab over here at the community center at *************************** building over here, I called the veteranist viewer and Ms. ***** ******, she helped me with this matter.
