    First off I worked for Ransom Trucking as a dispatcher and my husband was a driver for them.
    While working for Ransom Trucking and booking loads for a driver or sometimes an additional driver if they hired someone else for a week-before that driver quit due to not getting paid or not getting their full pay. It’s true they even did it to my husband. They tried to not pay him for a load. They also would not give drivers the rate cons which I have NEVER worked for a company who did not share the rate cons with the drivers. Everyone I asked about this matter told me they were running fraud by not providing rate confirmations with drivers.
    This company is very unprofessional unorganized and has a lack of communication. Phones never get answered by the owner or her son. When it came to paying me for my services as a dispatcher they would pay me when they wanted to. I would have to beg for my money. They didn’t pay me my last payment.
    The son would try and factor loads twice to get more money. The last week I worked for them, I had a situation where I was booking a load and they said the company was coming up fraud. Besides that they went through multiple dispatchers and drivers and I understand why completely. The IRS needs to look into this company immediately.
