    The business committed to provide the best customer service the best of the furniture which turned into a nightmare.

    I'm filing a dispute

    first off i noticed my mattress is uncomfortable footboard was loose came an fixed it stomped on my bed frame noticed footboard had a split he proceeded to glue my footboard

    call the manger he tells me l'm doing a lot of barking

    l'm getting nothing but attitudes now I'm getting the run around about a squeaky bed and my footboard being glued

    i am writing to you on behalf of furniture land and mattress to explain our side of the customer complaint #********. We delivered the B440 Ashley queen bed and mattress. After a week she called  and complained about the footboard. We told her that we will come and fix it, which we did.  After a week she called back again and said that bed was squeaking and we told her maybe it's not from the footboard. She insisted  that was the problem. So, we exchanged it with new one. So, now we surprised about why she is still complaining after we did exactly what she wanted us to do. If there are any other questions please feel to contact us as soon as possible. Thank You

    This is a lie i had my bed set for 3 days was already having problems they gave me a very cheap mattress for 1 to where i just had to be 1,000 on a new mattress on top of my footboard be messed up i called them an told them my bed is squeaking they said maybe it’s my box spring i never said the footboard was cause the problem of my bed squeaking they told they would look into it the manger said i was doing a lot of barking when i said something about my footboard i said something about my bed squeaking so please stop lying! Everything they’re saying is a lie the manger is very unprofessional they don’t respect females at all. When i called an asked about my footboard i was told i still have a bed to sleep in ! No need to say that ! It took them a whole month to come replace my footboard but they been knew about my bed squeaking when i reported the footboard problem and that was 10/07/2023. I was like my whole bed frame replaced with this cheap mattress they gave me already sinking in after 2 days of sleeping in it they are bad business very unprofessional. I came at them respectfully and they came at me disrespectfully like this is my hard own money I’ve spent on something that turned into a nightmare to where i had to turn around and spend more money on a newer mattress that i only had for a month. Replace my bed frame replace my box spring my bed shouldn’t be squeaking after 3 days of having it ! Please don’t believe nothing they say everything is a lie. They have no respect for FEMALES!

    We exchanged the foot board and the box springs for her. A technician was sent twice to her home. Our policy is clear, we do not offer refunds. We're sorry she is still unhappy.

    I am rejecting this response because: my bed is still squeaking so i need a whole new bed frame ! Y’all clearly not doing y’all part a fixing the problem ! Please give me a whole new bed frame
