    I ordered a trigger on October 13th , 2024 , and it is still showing as processing. I have tried numerous times to contact them, through their email listed on the site, the chat and via telephone (message left) , I have not heard anything back from this company. As I believe that I have been more than patient and diligent in this transaction and have not received ANY response at ALL back from the company, I am requesting a refund to the payment method that was used for purchase, I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

    Took part to two different stores and paid for install. Was told it was faulty by both stores. Tried to call and it went straight to a voicemail that was full so I emailed them. They make you contact another company to troubleshoot the problem before they will even think about taking responsibility. I explained that we weren't installing it ourselves because we don't know how and they still won't take any responsibility, even after two separate places stated that the part is faulty. You will need to pay to ship their faulty part back and they will only reimburse you for 80% of the fee due to "restocking." For this reason, I'm disputing with my credit card company instead.

    Placed an order on 11/01/2024 with the web site specifying that the item is in stock and shipping weekly. It is now 11/22/2024 with the order still listed as processing and I have received no replies to my many attempts to contact them.

    I ordered a tigger from them over a month ago, it was almost $300 so it wasnt cheap. I just realized they charged me for two items that were supposed to be free with the trigger. They are total cons. At first they gave me all this BS about the hurricanes causing them delays, then they said it would be shipped in a couple of days, now they will not respond to my requests for my trigger or a refund. The worst part is on their site it says they have that trigger in stock. If they have them in stock why are they not filling orders that are over a month old. And now they are ghosting me. I was curious if they are known for doing this or if Im a one off.     Seeing as our warehouse is located in ** it was not BS about the hurricanes as our warehouse was directly in the path of the hurricanes which did cause delays. We are not open on the weekends so we would not have responded to the customer over the weekend. At this time the customers order has been canceled and the refund is being processed.

    Performance triggers hasnt returned the money I paid for the item they never provided. The last I checked it still said that the item I ordered well over a month ago was in stock, despite the fact that they dont have them in stock and dont know when they will be receiving them. I just want the money I paid returned. This company has a number of deceptive practices. On my order there were a couple items that were supposed to come for free with the item I purchased, but when I looked carefully at the bill they charged me for the items. As far as Im concerned their business practices are criminal and my neighbor is a lawyer who is licensed in at least four states and if this isnt resolved quickly (I get my money refunded) I am going to discuss possibilities with him. I have dated screenshots of their site in which they claim the item is in stock, and on the same day they are giving me excuses in emails stating they dont have the item in stock and arent sure when they will. That is so blatantly deceptive its crazy. I have been contacted by other people who have had similar experiences once I started inquiring about Performance Triggers on different forums. I would highly suggest they return every cent I paid and deal with ****** themselves. After all the frustration they have caused me by being deceptive I dont believe I should have to endure any more frustration.

    Product ordered September twentieth 2024 its now October tenth and we still havent received our order. Have called multiple times they dont answer the phone dont answer emails they are terrible Im starting to believe that this is a scam site

    Ordered there products never received it called them 4 times they keep giving me the run around it was sent back because of label damage

    This order was placed on 6/21/24 and shipped out on 6/24/24. While making it's way through the network with ***** they deemed the customer's address as insufficient and decided to send the item back. This decision was made on 6/27/24. *********************** then reached out on 6/28/24 to let us know that he did not receive his package and would like the issue resolved. We responded on the same day and within the hour to help with his problem. Here is where ****** no longer responded to our email and called. Our rep asked ****** to check with the post office in his area to see if they still are in possession of his package as the tracking showed it had not yet moved from their facility. To our knowledge, ****** did not contact his post office. Our rep attempted to contact the post office in ******'s area on his behalf. On 7/12/24, after ******'s item still had not shown up in our warehouse. We reached back out to him to see if he was able to pick up his package and if he wasn't we offered to replace the order for him. This email went unanswered. ****** then called us on 7/18/24 and due to a poor connection our rep was unable to hear him and the call was disconnected. Which leads to today 7/19/24 and this BBB compliant. Our warehouse still has not received this return as the tracking shows it was returned to the post office in *********, ** on 6/27/24 at 2:32 pm and has not moved since. Our email to ****** offering to replace his order which remains unanswered still stands. We still are and have been willing to replace his order. If ****** would like to contact us via email or phone with an updated address, we will happily build a new order for him
