  I reached out with a question about my warranty registration and received a prompt, friendly, and helpful response. They clearly explained the process and made sure everything was taken care of. Its refreshing to deal with a company that actually follows through and communicates well. Really appreciated the support!

  I recently purchased the ******** Comb, its easy to use and made my hair look so smooth! You can even use it to curl your hair with a little practice. I definitely recommend this hair comb, its expensive but you understand why after you use it. #treatyoself

  This company deletes reviews and is not transparent about their policies. They overcharge at fairs for their products. They have horrible customer service. I will be contacting the local fairs to let them know of the scams they are running at their events. This company should not be in business.

  I purchased a styling comb from a trade show. The representative who demonstrated the comb was awesome and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and really sold me on the product. *** explained that the product has a lifetime warranty. Two days after purchasing I went on the website ********************** to register my product for the warranty. There is not a place on their website to register a purchased product from a trade show. I contacted customer service through their chat. I explained that I wanted to register my product and have 1 hour or no response, I closed out of their site. Had I known their website is poorly arranged and managed, and there is no place to register for warranty, I would have never purchased this product as it was very expensive.

  Had a really really great demo at the Cleveland home show. The sales rep was so kind and really made sure I knew how to use the tool on my own before sending me on my way!

  This company says it has a one year return policy. What it doesn't say is that the Phone to call to get the required RMA The phone number to call on the website to get the RMA does not work. You are sent via a message at the number you call tells you to log into a website to get the RMA to return the item purchased. If you attempt to do this you get the actual sales email. There is no place in all the information that will give you the RMA number or to be able to contact this company. I give this business and products no stars.
