    I didn't sign up for a four month membership. It was only to be a 30 day membership for $26.88. I want a refund for September. October. November and December placed on card that it was taken off of . I have canceled the membership.

    Hello,


    This is the manager of Core 44 Fitness. Below are 3 attached files. Please take the time to review them.


    First, the file "Membership Agreement" (the most important) is a copy of ******'s membership agreement. There you will find that upon ****** signing up online, he agreed to our Gym-Only membership that renews on a month to month basis. With ****** signing up on the 15th of the month, he agreed to be charged monthly on the 15th of every month. Key sections of the terms and conditions that ****** agreed to have been highlighted in this file.


    The next file, "****** ********' Cancellation Request", is ******'s submission for membership termination via email. It is dated December 17, 2022. Due to ****** requesting membership cancellation after his billing date, the 15th of December ‘22, he was charged for that month.


    The last file, "Cancellation Approved", shows ******'s membership cancellation was approved on December 17, 2022. The cancellation blocked the card from being charged on January 15th, 2023 and going forward.


    The provided files are why we have rejected ******’s request for reimbursement. That is all. Thank you!
