  We have only been in our home (brand new) for a little over a year. 3 months into us moving in, during our first summer month, we had no air. It was over 90 degrees outside and we had no air for weeks. The first person that came out, didn't know what he was doing and didn't have any tools to fix it so had to come out the next visit, leaving us with no air and having to toss food that had spoiled because of the heat. Fast forward to our second summer (currently) we are having issues again. It has been over a week with no air in 90° weather. My husband has health issues and needs air to help cool his machine at night. With the extreme hot temperatures at night, and no air, it has been very hard for him. If we wanted to buy a house with no air, we would have done just that, vs having the runaround from this company. At this point, just give us a brand new unit. We should not have to go 2 summers in a row with no air and unsolved issues on a brand new home. This is totally unacceptable.

  This is the most unethical and unprofessional company in the industry. I have zero airflow in one entire bedroom and front area of my brand new home after they installed a return vent after closing on the home. I keep a thermometer in that room due to the frigid air and lack of heat in that room with the door open and the house thermostat at 70. I scheduled an appointment which they acknowledged, accepted, confirmed the day before over a week out only to have them call the time they were scheduled to arrive telling me they would not keep the scheduled appointment because it was not under warranty which is a complete lie and can easily be confirmed. It is a two year warranty from closing which doesn’t expire until September 1, 2023. They are completely fraudulent and deceptive. No integrity, no professionalism, no accountability, no respect and they are refusing responsibility. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

  Good morning. After researching the issue with this home it was found Arrow has made multiple attempts to correct the issue for the customer. The HVAC system was installed per layout submitted from Ryan Homes. Arrow has performed many air balances to confirm the airflow into that room is correct. That room is getting more air than required. Ryan Homes specification is central return system which does not give each bedroom a return air. We worked with Ryan Homes to get a return installed into this room to help with the condition of the room. After doing so we recommended to Ryan Homes that their insulation company verifies that room was insulated completely and properly. We have several of this home type in this subdivision and have no other airflow issues. The 2 year warranty for Ryan Homes covers any equipment breakdowns or installation errors. We have verified the airflow several times so any other checks would not be covered under warranty so we worked with Ryan Homes to collect payment for any future appointments and Ryan Homes is sending out their warranty technician so they cancelled our appointment.
