  First time building and a horrible experience. This month makes two years. Everything is falling apart. However i had a year walk through. During that walk through. The people who came used sharpie marker to fix cover up some damages on the railing of my stairwell they were unable to fix my screen door. Its stuck. Has been since i moved in. They advised me to call the company. I did four times no call back. It reached out to ***** 10/24 and he gave me a email to reach out to through trinity because my flooring has been chipping for no reason and not leveled. This was also mentioned on the yearly walkthrough and they said it wasnt off to much for them to do something. It got worst. So i emailed the email that was given to me by ***** and til this day no response. I looked through all my paper work given to me at closing and no info on who was my flooring provider. Please choose a different builder. I also never got my shutters installed and i was charged. So it is seeming like i have to take legal action because no one will respond.

  Trinity's contract is way too confusing and the material you guys use is not good quality. I'm a Real Estate Agent/Customer and I’m not that impressed by the service, the customer care and relation from the staff. Compared to ********* ***** ***** ******* *** **** ******* *****, Trinity scores last on my list of local builders when it comes to customer service, building time, customer care & building standards. They don't keep the clients up to date on the building progress, the contract is sloppy and the materials used are just plain cheap. Plus, the building process takes way way much longer than what is stated in the contract…mine is over 18 months now and counting. My overall experience is just not good at al. I regret building with them!

  If there’s a negative star, I would have given to this builder. Run, run, run, I repeat, RUN. If you are willing to wait for over 2yrs, if you are ready to have your life messed up, if you are ready to be homeless, if you are ready to get depressed, stressed and eventually head up in the emergency room, then by all means, sign the contract with them. The management doesn’t care what happens to your life, business, or your family. I REPEAT, they don’t care. RUN and never look back.

  I purchased in 2021 after it took them almost 2 yrs and I had soled 2 homes was about to be homeless. I should not have purchase all the signs where their. I was also told that I was trespassing and They was going to call the police. I started to noticed things and was told they will not do anything until the 11th month . I sent the email and some things got fixed but not the major items.. They don't care, all they want to to do is sale and not repair anything. The quality of the material they put into the new house is poor. Master bathroom stand up shower is cracked and has a hole in the base which they covered but I have pictures. Carpet looks like its 5 yrs old, but only 16 months old. they requested that I have it cleaned, and the they denied the claim to have it replaced. No change in the appearance, it looks worst. Main living area floor separating,, first they said they would replace it and would bring me samples to choose from them sent another person out and said I would hear back in 10 day and this was Augs 23. it has been 30 days.. Went to turn outside water faucet on, water shot from the top of it,. II located the superintend *** and said he would come over and I sent and email 2 days later, he never showed up. I was told to call the plumber, Call the plumber and was told the clam was denied because it was past the warranty and I would have to pay $75 for them to come out and $100 hr for the repair. Please tell me who use water in the winter to know that it broken. I personally had never turned the water on, they did when they laid the grass which is another issue ( FULL OF WEEDS) . They ask you to send email and they don't reply/.I have talked to all the neighbor is in this new community and they are having the same issues with them, not responding and items not fixed. (DRIVEWAYS SIDEWALKS CRACKED, SINKING)
