Do not use this company. They spam folks relentlessly, ignoring requests to stop.

We've communicated regarding this customer review that came in, and I believe we've come to a common ground in some miscommunication regarding our outreach with our affiliated program of ****. If not, we totally understand, but we do work directly with the program and also remove any email from the program that doesn't want to receive the pre-season offerings.

Our response to the situation is below. For context, it was a different email inside the same program receiving an offering -- not the same email that requested to be removed that got the message.

    Hi ********,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear these messages caused some trouble! I've noted for our team to remove any AYSO ********************************************** know!

For context, we regularly work with AYSO leagues across the country, including collaborating at annual conventions we send out pre-season emails offering free custom sock mock-*** and samples, and it's not intended to be pushy, just a heads-up before things kick off. We try to keep it helpful, not heavy-handed. But if its not a fit, we totally understand. Of course, we'll remove anyone who doesn't want to receive these offers.

If you still notice any emails getting messages that you don't want, feel free to message me sometimes we need a little help to identify them when we work with a lot of AYSO programs.

That said, wed still like to offer your region 100 pairs of custom socks (about a $1250 value), completely free. Just a genuine offer to support your players if its something that would help your league.

If you'd be willing, I'd be happy to personally facilitate that order for you; it's the least we could do.

Either way, we wish you and your teams a smooth and successful summer!

    Thank you,

This company reached out to my district and sent a digital image of the prodct that they said they could provide. When I contacted the sales rep he again sent the digital image of the product and we did a pre-sale. I sent the finalized order to the sales rep and heard nothing back for a week till i emailed him demanding confirmation of the order. He sent me an order confirmation with a bill that included a $40 credit card fee. PO was sent and the socks were to arrive before Christmas. The week we are leaving for christmas break I had gotten no shipping confirmation and I called customer service which was a man in Ohio working "remotely". This rep assured me that it was shipped from Ft. Payne but could provide no tracking number. The day before we left for break the office called and said the socks had arrived. When I went to get them I found a box full of socks that were for ******** High School. I then found a box containing our socks. I had my students distribute them and not an hour later my secretary called and said the socks were not printed correctly. It was to say ******* Run down the back, instead it says "********". That is not our mascot so the socks are just totally wrong. The quality of the eagle printed on the front is terrible and when I sent them pictures of it they said my leg was stretching the sock out too far. They have barely responded to emails and they never answer the phone. When I left a voice mail demanding a refund (becuase the kids and their parents want their $15 back) the President of sales writes to me telling me to not be aggressive and their policy is to rerun the socks. We really just want our money back and be done with the whole situation. The worst part of it is that they send the promotional materials to use with the design and could not deliver what was promised and also not put the proper words on the back.
