    The comfort inn has blood and dirty sheets and gave me a used room twice then got mad when i asked for refund.

    I expect a formal apology for the behavior of the franchisee owner. His behavior should not be tolerated and although a refund was given, it doesn’t make up for his actions and they way I felt threatened.

    GM called BBB and left a voice mail stating that Corporate had taken care of the consumer by refunding his money and giving him additional points to resolve this complaint.

    I stayed in the Comfort Suite located in Columbus Ohio on Scarborough Blvd. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay. On the day of check out I had left my purse and a few other personal items in my the locked hotel room due to an unexpected work emergency I had to rush and get to work. I’m a professional hairstylist so every penny I make counts. When I returned to the hotel to retrieve my items the lady at the front desk took me to my items and my purse was wide open with all of my money stolen out of it. $564 and would not help with information or run the cameras back. She acted very suspicious and at one point got angry with me for asking what I should do next about the situation. She then told me to leave or she would have to call the police. Please be aware of this place. I have filed a police report and I am currently waiting to take the next steps

    nothin have changed in the matter I did not receive a refund for the false charges and claims made against me so I believe at this point a resolution has not been met

    MR ***** ****** booked a king size suit which accomodates 4 guests on 31st night. Instead of 4 guests he brought in additional 10 more guests who stayed that night. There was no additional room booked. Not only the 10 additional guests stayed in the facility but also used other amenities of the hotel like swimming pool and breakfast area. They had a birthday party on 31st night which is not permitted in the room at all and also which the hotel staff was never informed of. It was too loud and other guests were complaining about the loud noise.   We have attached the pictures .   There are more pictures taken but this document submission allows us to submit 4 pictures. We can provide rest of the pictures when requested.

    There won't be any refund to the customer who has had bad history with our hotel in the past.

    1) On ontober 10th , Mr ****** had rented the room. Our housekeepers found out that he or his partner had smashed the TV.  We charged him only $200.00, but it costed us $415.00 to replace the TV.

    2) On 31st night when he came for check in, it was his broken credit card which got stuck ion the Card presssing machine and we had to replace that at out own cost.

    We will stand by our policies and will not refund this guest.

    how does a bank card have to do with them making a false claim stating that the room was damaged: an that's why the money was taken
