      Had a water leak event at my house. Called Grange and that started the process. Claim adjuster R ****** kept me informed and was prompt answering my inquiries. According to Pro Serv he was prompt and worked well with the project manager Very happy with Grange insurance.

      I could understand all of the conversation. They took the information and processed the claim very quickly (1 day) As the shop worked on the vehicle they found more damage and it was covered also. I hit a ******. The covered it all but the deductible. Very happy ??.

      Nyashadzaishe Dernier was absolutely wonderful to work with. After filing the claim it was a few questions answered and the process was complete. When hope you don't need it because it has been a difficult process in the past this totally changed my thinking and am thankful that it was so simple and pretty painless. Not just knocked it out of the park but a grand slam. Way to go.
