1 starIf I could give them Zero stars I would. Ive have had them for years because they seemed to be affordable, however my husband was recently in an accident and that process has been nothing shy of a nightmare. **************** is not helpful. I have to do everything myself in the app. Ive been fighting for over a month for a COC to go the the *** so his license doesnt get suspended. It took 3 weeks for a claims adjuster to even look at my vehicle to determine it was totaled and its now been just shy of 2 months and I am still dealing with a 3rd party company to get everything completed and my totaled vehicle payed off. Ive spent hours on the phone with a different person each time because I keep getting shuffled and I asked to speak to a supervisor because this is insane and was refused and told that if I wanted to speak to a supervisor they could call me back in ***** business hours which would not be advised since my husbands license will be suspended by then. It is not worth the stress to literally save less than 20 dollars a month. Just go for the better named companies! This place is insane!Review fromEsnel J

1 starI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an unfair charge applied to my account following the cancellation of my policy. After canceling the policy, I was surprised to find that a premium was still charged to me. When I contacted their customer service team to resolve the issue, I was informed that because the policy was set up on a 6-month payment schedule, there was "nothing that could be done."This response is both unacceptable and unreasonable. A charge applied after the policy was canceled should not be valid, and to be told that no resolution is possible simply due to a payment schedule undermines basic customer fairness. It is not my responsibility to continue paying for a policy I have already canceled, especially without prior notice or explanation.These policy terms unfairly impact consumers.Root

1 stari tried applying for car insurance with them then they told me that i was denied by them because i need to put all the household name and drivers license which i dont like and told me that i am DENIED but they still charged me $209 and next thing you know they ate sending me a insurance card that i was approved! but sad part is i already bought insurance card elsewhere so now i got stucked paying 2 insurance card on that month until i cancelled it! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE that told me i will get a refund but they did not gave. me a refund and i tried to dispute on my bank but since they gave me a insurance card! my bank rejected that CLAIM too! VERY FISHY COMPANY!Root

1 starPretty sure this company is ran by AI. Had questions about how they measure driving since my scorecard for how often I use my phone while driving plunged after I used my phone as a passenger. Lack of transparency and humans.
