    I live in Florida. Needed to sell my house in Ohio. Came to Ohio & Needed yard mowed. Good Neighbors answered my call & came out same day. Good job & nice guy until you have issue. I asked him to mow again on 6/5 &. 6/14 because house would be gone by then. He said no problem. When I hadn’t heard from him, on the 8th I had neighbor check to make sure he hadn’t been out. She looked & said No but grass wasn’t that bad. He message on 9th saying they would be out 11th. I messaged on 13th & he said they would be there the 14th. He was there on 14th. Messaged me early 15th for payment which I gave him. I was out at dinner when text popped up “here is your receipt”. I didn’t look until next day. It read $250. I called office & explained everything I am here so I didn’t understand why I was charge $250 when I only owed $75. She said she would get info to other dept. He called me half hour later & immediately started yelling at me saying he didn’t appreciate being lied on saying he didn’t do the job he said he would and didn’t care what neighbor said. I tried to talk and explain that’s not what I said but he wouldn’t listen. Finally after 5 mins being yelled at, I raised my voice & told him he obviously did not receive correct information from when I called. I had no problem with his job, just the cost. He said they provide weekly service & charge by month which was NEVER discussed. He said he would do refund & hung up on me. I texted a few days later to check status of refund. He informed me he was still gonna charge me both days even though he only came once because my grass continued to grow. I messaged him, told him I didn’t want this to get ugly & drawn out so just keep $75 and refund the $100. Said he would but hasn’t. Since he wanted to yell at me, be rude and not professional and then not refund like he said he would, I would like the resolution of the entire $175 refund I have attached the text messages. Thank you
