    Unfortunately Hedge Landscape did not work out for us. I had contracted their services in August for the upcoming winter season for snow removal and they never showed up during the snow fall we received just before Christmas this year. I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the company to explain why they did not show up. (You will never get a live person when calling) After calling, texting and emailing I finally got this response in an email: We apologize for not being able to service the banking location for snow removal on the most recent storm. An email was sent in November (I received no email") which must have been missed stating that we lost several locations near the bank which made servicing the location impossible."
    As we 100% take responsibility for the lack of service we unfortunately just can't take on the property for snow removal work as we don't have the resources to complete the work.
    Again, our apologies regarding this situation."
    So if you are thinking of having Hedge do your snow removal make sure your neighbor uses them or you will be disappointed when it snows.
    One of the most disappointing things is not one of the owners signed the email or reached out to apologize personally. What does that say about the company?
